The best part of waking up.....

Is Mase screaming "Mommy! Where are you???!"
Who wouldn't jump out of bed with a smile on their face after that?
Our morning ritual lately...
-wake up to Mase shouting my name (which is mommy)
-diaper change
-vitamin & milk for Mase
-coffee for mommy
-Cawtoons.... which includes one of the following... Yo Gabba Gabba (his favorite), Elmo's World, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, or Dinasaur Train
..... We try & be really good about only 3 shows a day.... BUT depending on how tired mommy is... maybe a lil more

I GOT IN!!!!!

Yaaaaaayyyyyy!!!! For all those who know me they know that I have busted my butt for the past 2 years (basically since Mase was 4 months old) when I decided to go back to school to pursue a career in dental hygiene. Well after almost 2 years of working, being a mom, going to school full time, late late nights, frustration, fear of working so hard and not even getting into the program..... I GOT IN!!!!

Let me just mention how insane this is.... because it is kind of a big deal. I only applied to one school-Pierce. Out of almost 200 applicants it was narrowed down to 76. From those 76 we were invited back to take a writing sample test as well as a spacial relations test. From those 76 it was narrowed down to 5 students getting accepted to Pierce's Port Angeles satelite location and 20 (with 10 alternates) being accepted to the Fort Steilecom location (Pierce's main location). Well originally I was #7 alternate at Fort Steilecom...... but apparently no one wanted PA cause I got a call and guess what??!!! I'm moving to Port Angeles this fall.... will graduate in Spring 2012
......miracles really do come true!!!! Let that adventure begin because it will probably be a BIG one!!

Mason's Bio

Mase just turned 2 April 16th!! WOW!! Time flies! Can not beieve it! He is crazy funny and such a good boy! We are seriously so blessed to have such an amazing lil man! Everyday he is saying something so funny and starting to really become his own little person! He has such a personality. Some of his favorite things lately....

baseball, basketball, and golf
m&m's (an after using the potty treat which he tries to sneak all the time)
cartoons (yo gabba gabba! super why)
snuggle time (which of course mommy loves)
"why?" (and so this begins.... )
dancing & jumping (he recently started doing little gym & loves it!)
pretending to be a baby.... complete with saying "gaga goo goo"

His favorite songs are ABC's & he also loves to make up his own!
He is awesome at counting to 10 & likes to try & read books by himself...

to say the least we are a tad bit obsessed with him and are ever amazed at the next Bill Gates

soooo after 2 years of blogging on Vox (if you call just posting pics with funny titles blogging...) we have jumped ship to blogspot. I have kind of been stalking blogs to get ideas on how this works and thanks to the inspiration from my friend emily we begin the story of Mason....
